Customer Success Manager managing a majority of Billogram's clients within Mobility, Energy & Utilities, Telecom. Billogram is a SaaS Scale up. We want to change the invoicing industry to grasp the opportunity that the invoice/Payment experience actually is for the Customer Relationship, to decrease churn & cost to serve, improving the Gross profit for Billograms clients. Digitization is a large driver for the value that we bring, and many of our clients does not have the opp to digitize themselves so instead they buy an End-to-End solution that can tap into their older legacy IT systems (especially for the Energy clients).
