Michaela Berglund is a Swedish entrepreneur, investor, and communications strategist dedicated to advancing women’s economic empowerment. As CEO of Feminvest, the Nordic region’s largest network for female investors and entrepreneurs, she leads a rapidly growing platform that equips tens of thousands of women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to own more—whether through investing or building companies. With a background spanning international communications, business development, and brand strategy, Michaela has worked with global corporations, fast-growing e-commerce companies, and early-stage startups in both the Nordics and the UK. Her expertise lies in shaping strong strategic narratives, accelerating growth, and mobilising communities around impactful missions. Under her leadership, Feminvest has expanded into a Nordic ecosystem powered by education, events, capital, and community. She also co-leads Feminvest Ventures, an investment initiative focused on backing female-founded and female-owned companies on the path to profitability—addressing one of the largest structural gaps in today’s investment landscape.
