After working with credit risk in large multinational companies for 10 years I joined a small trade finance startup last year as I wanted a change and thought I could contribute with my knowledge. We are a small dedicated team of 8 employees and I am currently the only woman. Normally I don't think that much about it but when I saw this opportunity I figured it would be very interesting to talk with other women in the same field.
