An accomplished B2B leader with over 14 years of international experience, predominantly in payments, Open Banking, and RegTech, Lima has led high-performing teams in male-dominated industries. However, there was never another woman to look up to, or mirror her. Recognising the persistent gender gap in finance, Lima founded CPH Female Leaders in Finance, a network that connects women from top institutions like Swedbank, BNP Paribas, Lunar and Mastercard to share knowledge, foster mentorship and drive change. Now at Semla, a female-led fintech, Lima has seen firsthand how a strong product, combined with diverse leadership, resonates with women in high-level positions eager to engage with female founders and CEOs - something they've not seen before. As a mentor with CPH Fintech, Lima aims to focus on supporting female-led or highly diverse projects, continuing her mission to empower women in finance.
