Sharlote Leikuma

Sharlote Leikuma has spent the past decade building her career in business roles within the tech industry. She began her journey in a semi-corporate environment after moving to Berlin as a young postgraduate. Over the years, she transitioned through various startups and unicorns, gaining experience in London and, most recently, in fintech, where she has been actively involved for the past 2.5 years. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sharlote is a dancer and a UX designer, blending creativity with her analytical mindset. Known for her curious nature, she has been asking "why" since 1991. Sharlote is also an active member of several mentorship programs and NGOs. She has shared her insights as a speaker and moderator at multiple tech and women-in-tech events. She is always open to expanding on her experiences and interests.
