Tom Holgersson

Tom Holgersson works as advisor for the Estonian government’s business development agency Enterprise Estonia.

He has more than 25 years of experience in international business mainly from EMEA and Asia Pacific. Before he joined Enterprise Estonia he worked as CEO for Sweden’s fintech hub, senior advisor to the Swedish and the Irish government’s business development agencies in fintech and financial services, entrepreneur in Southeast Asia, founder of Vietnam’s largest expatriate network, mentor, management consultant, country manager, mergers & acquisitions director and sales manager. He holds a degree from Stockholm School of Economics.
